1. Sponsor

The Bear Brook Valley Quarterly Couple Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Bear Brook Valley ("Sponsor"), located at 23 Players Blvd, Newton NJ, 07860.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who have hosted their wedding at Bear Brook Valley and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes will be conducted quarterly. Each quarterly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the quarter and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the quarter. Entries do not carry over to future drawings.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

Method 1: Review Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Submit an honest review of your Bear Brook Valley experience on Google, The Knot, WeddingWire, or Zola during the Sweepstakes Period.

Method 2: Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without submitting a review, hand-print your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and wedding date on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received 24 hours before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per couple per quarterly Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry or number of reviews.

6. Prize

One (1) winning couple will receive: Two tickets to Bear Brook Valley’s 2027 Deja Vu Event (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $400.)

Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

If the Deja Vu Event is canceled, postponed, modified, or otherwise unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will be conducted within thirty (30) days after the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by email, telephone, or mail using the information provided.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. Reviews

Sponsor welcomes and encourages honest feedback. Submitting a review does not increase or decrease an entrant's chance of winning compared to any other valid entry. Positive reviews are not required to enter or win.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first names, wedding date, likeness, photograph, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices.
