Cute Ways to Include Your Dog in Your Wedding Day
If there’s anything we love more than weddings, it’s dogs! And we know how much you love them, too which is why we encourage couples to include their furry best friends in their wedding day. Although bringing your pet to your wedding venue isn’t always feasible, there are other ways to pay homage to them. Here are 12 ways to share your love of your dog with your guests!
Place Custom Cocktail Napkins on the Bar
Custom cocktail napkins are such a fun way to incorporate your pup! Have their photo printed on napkins with a quote that says, “Cheers!” or “Drinks on me!”
Your guests will certainly react to the cuteness and will love the sweet nod to your furry friend.

You’ve probably thought about doing a first look with your wedding party and your future husband or wife, but have you thought about doing a first look with your dog?! Kellie and Mike had a pet sitter bring their dog to the wedding venue to take some photos. Their photographer, Morgan Taylor Artistry captured the moment they first saw each other. It was pretty cute!

I mean, isn’t this just the cutest?! We love when couples add a figurine of their dog to the cake!
Take Pictures with Your Dog
We are a pet-friendly wedding venue, meaning we are happy to have your pets visit for a short time on your wedding day. Most couples have them come for a bit before the ceremony so they can take pictures together, or some couples have their dogs as a part of the ceremony! Please note that pets must stay outside with an attendant provided by you. Please check with your coordinator before bringing your dog onsite.
Name Each Table After Your Dog(s)
The couple named each of their tables after their dogs. They used polaroid pictures of their dogs with their guests’ names on them. Each table had a photo that corresponds with the photos on the escort cards.
Include Your Dog in the Ceremony
You can have a member of your wedding party walk your dog down the aisle as your “flower girl” or “ring bearer.”
Create Custom Cutouts
These custom life-size dog cutouts are guaranteed to end up on the dance floor or at the photo booth as a prop.
Wear a Necklace with Charms of your Dog
The sweetest way to keep your loved pets close to your heart when they can’t be by your side on your wedding day.
Wear Shoes with a Photo of your Dog
How cute are these?! You can wear these all day long or just snap a few photos in them :)
Please note that we love when your pets visit us at the venue, but be sure to check with your wedding coordinator before bringing them onsite.
