We know how important delicious food on your wedding day is, which is why we don’t mess around when it comes to food. When you book your wedding at Bear Brook Valley, you’ll be invited to the venue to experience a taste of the menu!
Bear Brook Valley is known for its extensive, innovative, and all-inclusive menu. From the 90-minute cocktail hour complete with travel-inspired live stations, a variety of passed lite bites, a carving station, and more to the 5 entree choices for your dinner, the food is truly endless without compromising taste! Couples who book their wedding at Bear Brook Valley get to enjoy a complimentary food tasting where they’ll get to experience some of the food offerings. When it’s time to sign up for your tasting, your wedding coordinator will send you a link via email. We can’t wait to share this special evening with you!

When you attend a tasting, you’ll enjoy a chef-curated menu, thoughtfully crafted by our culinary team. While you won’t be sampling every menu option, this evening is a wonderful chance to connect with our team and experience our signature service style. The wedding coordinators will greet you when you arrive, then feel free to head over to the open bar for a drink! Take some time to mingle, hit up the cocktail hour station, and then make your way to your table. Our team will bring each dish to your table where you and your guests will eat family style. Take a break in between courses to walk around the venue and browse some of the in-house decor such as napkins, table numbers, and card boxes. The night will conclude with coffee, tea, and dessert!

We invite couples in the order of their wedding date. Your coordinator will contact you when it’s your turn to sign up.

We invite each couple and four additional guests to join us; six people in total.

Our chef pre-selects the menu for the tasting. We do our best to feature some of our most popular dishes, as well as some of our newer selections.

It varies, but typically the tasting lasts about 2 and a half hours.

There’s no formal dress code for the tastings, but we recommend wearing comfortable attire since you’ll be sampling plenty of delicious food. Think of it as a date night!

Please email your coordinator the food allergies and dietary restrictions for anyone in your group. That information will be shared with our chef.
