Top Photo Spots at Bear Brook Valley

Updated: Jan 8

From the rolling hills and heart-shaped pond to the country-chic touches throughout, the photo options at Bear Brook Valley are endless. To be sure you get every photo you want on your wedding day, make a list and give it to your photographer! To help you out, we asked our couples what their favorite photo spot at Bear Brook Valley is.

1. The Vineyard

When we asked our couples what their favorite photo spot is, the Vineyard won the majority! Located on a hill, the vineyard is the perfect spot for couples to get a photo with the wedding venue in the background.

2. The Swing

Swing into marriage on our swing in the woods. Get some cute pictures, share a few laughs, and take in the natural beauty of Bear Brook Valley. The swing is somewhat new to the venue, but it is already one of the top favorites for couples!

3. The Woods

While you're up at the swing, hang out in the woods for a bit to capture those forest wedding vibes. And yes, there is another waterfall!

4. The Bridge

The bridge is a classic spot to get intimate photos, and is where most couples choose to do their first look. It's beautiful during every season!

Did you know there are two bridges on the property (last slide)? Head up the path toward the swing and you'll come across another bridge to snap even more photos at!

5. The Fields

Bear Brook Valley is surrounded by nature, giving you a natural backdrop for photos everywhere you look. We love photos of just the couple and nothing but trees around them.

6. The Boardwalk

As stated by a Bear Brook Valley bride, the Boardwalk is one of the most underrated photo locations, most people don't even know about it! This is the place to go if you're truly looking to escape and have a moment with just you and your new husband or wife.

7. The Rock Waterfall

Located in the "backyard" of Bear Brook is a rock waterfall that couples, or even the whole wedding party, like to get up on for a cool shot! Another favorite is having your photographer face the venue so you can get it in the background of the photo.

8. The Archway

This is one of our favorite photo spots! With the heart-shaped pond in the back, your beautiful florals, and the arch bringing all of the focus to you and your husband or wife, it's a classic spot for a photo.
