Ceremony Spaces
Bear Brook Valley offers four beautiful wedding ceremony spaces, each with its own unique atmosphere. You can choose to exchange vows alongside the tranquil pond, in the rustic Stables, under the charming Cedar Pavilion, or inside the bright and airy ballroom. Select the space that suits your style the best! Plus, because they only host one wedding per day, you'll have backup options in case of inclement weather.

The Stables
The Stables' cozy and intimate space makes it an ideal location for fall and winter weddings!

Cedar Pavilion
The Cedar Pavilion is the perfect blend of an outdoor ceremony with the added benefit of shelter in case of rain.

Ballroom
If you opt for an indoor ceremony, the team at Bear Brook Valley will transform the ballroom into an aesthetically pleasing space for you to exchange your vows. After you say I do and the guests head to cocktail hour, the ballroom will be flipped for the reception.
The Silo Suite
The Silo Suite is one of the two private getting ready spaces onsite at Bear Brook Valley. The Silo Suite is located on the main floor off of the ballroom and features plenty of natural light, a beauty room, a drink station, a steamer, a TV, and more! Picture yourself here getting ready with your closest people, snapping pics, sipping on mimosas, and creating memories.
Woodford Lounge
The second private suite is the Woodford Lounge, located on the lower level next to the cocktail hour space. The Woodford Lounge has a pool table, TVs, games, and more! The Lounge is an entertainment hub that guarantees a good time with TVs, games, a pool table, and an outdoor area where you and your wedding party can play lawn games.
Cocktail Space
Post-ceremony, your guests will be welcomed to a lively cocktail space where the food keeps coming and the drinks keep flowing! The area boasts both indoor and outdoor seating areas, including a covered patio and a patio with an inviting firepit.
Ballroom
The ballroom is where dinner, drinks, and dancing happen! This space is complete with hardwood floors, farm tables, cross back chairs, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The Grounds
The grounds at Bear Brook Valley speak for itself. Sitting on over 50 acres of land complete with waterfalls, trails, and bridges, it’s the perfect backdrop for weddings photos.
